Is it easy to exchange and is it free?
Yes, exchanges are free for 30 days from purchase date as long as item returned is unused and in its original condition.
Our system is fully automated. You will have the option to select which items you need to send back, and also have the ability to select the items you want to exchange to. Once all selected, if there is a difference in cost, the system will prompt you to pay the difference. In the case of an even exchange, the system will create a new order automatically, and will incur no shipping costs to send and receive the new replacement item.
In the case the return center is unable to service your return and/or exchange requests, you must reach out to customer support team: service@medfordpetshop.com for instructions.
All returned packages must be shipped within 28 days from the time a shipping label was generated. Otherwise, shipping label will be cancelled.
All items must be in the original condition with tags attached, no stains or signs of wear, and in the packaging or similar packaging as they were delivered (please do not stuff our hats in smaller packages or destroy them, all damaged merchandise will not be accepted). If items are visibly worn, we reserve the right to decline the return or issue store credit at our discretion. Items shipped in larger packages might and will most likely incur shipping penalties, which medfordpetshop holds the right to pass to deduct from total refunds.

Returns/ exchanges passed 30 days will not be accepted. Please reach out to our customer service team in case you are passed the 30 day window. If approved, store credit will be offered as form of refund.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
How soon will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed automatically, typically as soon as the carriers confirm receipt of merchandise.
International customers
If approved, you are responsible to ship the returned items back. You are welcome to use the return center to create a return request and generate a packing slip. Items must be shipped back in the original package to the following address. Furthermore, original shipping costs may be deducted from total refunds (this applies to certain countries such as Australia & New Zealand).
Actual shipping fees paid by medfordpetshop are not refundable to orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand. Total amount paid will be deducted from total refund.
