Venezia Women’s Boater Sun Hat

It’s undeniable on social media nowadays that the boater-style sun hat is a staple for your next European vacation. Originally worn by gondolies in Venice along the canal, we can’t help but notice all of our favorite travel bloggers are posing with this style alongside their gelato scoop and picturesque scenery. Thus, we decided to create our own version, with a high-quality 100% Raffia straw. The 4″ brim provides moderate sun protection and limits sun exposure to the absolute minimum. The black headband on the crown provides a touch of style in classic black, perfect for all your outfits. Since straw hats are inherently sewn interwoven there will be tiny holes that may allow some sun to infiltrate but it’s such a minute amount this hat is still rated clinically as UPF 50.

This hat is made in multiple sizes, including regular size all the way to 2XL, with an adjustable inner drawstring. So, for example, the XL size could be made to fit from a 58cm-61cm size head comfortably. We recommend that you pack it with socks/undies in the crown to maintain its shape in your luggage or wear it on the plane to start your vacay early!
